Ziena One Year Limited Warranty:

Ziena frames are warranted against defect in materials or manufacturing for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover against lost product. Ziena will repair or replace the defective part at its discretion. All Ziena frame warranty claims must be processed by an authorized Ziena eyewear professional. Eye cups and lenses are not covered by warranty due to wear and tear. Additionally scratches and bubbling on the frame surface is also not covered due to wear and tear. All terms are subject to change without notice. 

Disclaimer:

All Ziena lenses, including clear lenses, have 100% UVA + UVB protection and are made with shatter-resistant polycarbonate material. Please note there may be a reduction of peripheral vision depending on the design and fit of the eyewear. It is not intended for driving purposes. 

Repair Services:

Ziena warranty claims must include proof of purchase. Please allow 7-10 days to process your request. Ziena can also repair frames that are no longer under warranty.

Send product along with contact information and proof of purchase to the same shipping address.

For your protection, use an insured, traceable shipping method (e.g. Fedex, UPS, Insured Mail)
