Ziena One Year Limited Warranty:
Ziena frames are warranted against defect in materials or manufacturing for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover against lost product. Ziena will repair or replace the defective part at its discretion. All Ziena frame warranty claims must be processed by an authorized Ziena eyewear professional. Please note, eye cups, lenses, and frame surface scratches or bubbling due to wear and tear are not covered under warranty. All terms are subject to change without notice.
*For prescriptions re-dos, due to change in prescription, can be made within 60 days from date of delivery of glasses. Shipping charges may apply. A $20 fee applies to all prescription re-dos that are not related to a defect.

All Ziena lenses, including clear lenses, have 100% UVA + UVB protection and are made with shatter-resistant polycarbonate material. Please note there may be a reduction of peripheral vision depending on the design and fit of the eyewear. It is not intended for driving purposes.

Please include proof of purchase, return address and a phone number. Given all parts are in stock, the product will be repaired and returned within 7 to 10 business days. We suggest using an insured, traceable shipping method as 7eye by Panoptx is not responsible for lost packages.

PRESCRIPTION WARRANTY:
Disclaimer: Customers are solely responsible for verifying that their eyewear fits properly and that their prescription is accurate prior to operating any motorized vehicle or equipment. By purchasing and using Ziena Eyewear, the customer acknowledges and accepts that improper fit or inaccurate prescriptions may affect vision and safety. Ziena Eyewear disclaims all liability for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the use of eyewear that does not fit properly or is not accurately prescribed.
RX ORDER REMAKE: A one (1) time order remake on Ziena glasses made prescription lenses is permitted within a sixty (60) day period from the delivery date. Order re-makes include prescription and measurement changes, frame restyles, lens upgrades and changes, and coating add-ons. All order remakes may be billed a shipping fee. A $30 fee applies to all prescription re-dos that are not related to a defect.
RX NON_ADAPTS: Customer will have sixty (60 days) to return a prescription order that is deemed “non-adapt”. No refund will be issued for non-adapts submitted after sixty (60) days. LAB ERRORS: In the event of lab error, prescription lenses will be replaced at no cost within a sixty (60) day period of the delivery date.
RX CANCELED ORDERS: If the lenses are not in process, the prescription order cancellation will be accepted at no charge. Any requests made after a customer order has been put in process will be charged for the prescription lenses only.
